A family, if three adult and two children, we have decided to go for more afield based on reviews from tripadvisor. we were not disappointed. this small restaur... read more A family, if three adult and two children, we have decided to go for more afield based on reviews from tripadvisor. we were not disappointed. this small restaurant was friendly, welcoming and offers great food at a great price. three of us had the menu for...€9.50 each. a chicken noodle-saver was hot and tasteful with fresh petersilie. the main was the brisk of bark meat with lots of boiled carrots and delicious brokkoli. dessert was a small bowl vanilla butterscotch pudding. we have also tried the adult and child versions of schnitzel. both beautifully cooked with a large part of fries. the adult came also with a large salat that was freshly dressed while the child's plate had an overshake had a small bag of haribo bears! the staff was friendly and friendly. our lack of German did not stop us at all, as our waiter spoke English enough to help us. is worth the journey from saarburg. they would visit again.
