She made excellent recommendations for what to order, starting with the popular Ruby Relaxer drink. The Triple was a large portion and the dessert was skillfully made. She's a lovely person who is dealing with some inexperienced staff who don’t tend to stay long enough to grasp the necessary procedures. However, she sincerely cares about creating a positive dining experience for customers. My wife and I plan to return soon to give it another try. Stay tuned!

When she did, she seemed hurried, quickly taking my drink order and returning with it promptly. After waiting 20 minutes, I was ready to order, but it took another 15 minutes for the appetizers to arrive, and the utensils were unclean. I then waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes for my main course. The waitress appeared eager to bring the check and collect payment while I was still eating. I probably won't be coming back.

Even after ordering a second batch, the fries were basically the same. Overall, the food experience felt comparable to fast food chains like Burger King and Wendy’s.

From the start, it... read more We visited Ruby Tuesday for a special occasion and ordered two mixed drinks, but ended up waiting endlessly before deciding to pay and leave. From the start, it was clear something was off—the hostess was busy chatting with a woman sitting right by the entrance, completely ignoring us while we stood in line. There were only three customers in the entire restaurant. Our server spent most of her time hanging out in the back doorway with other staff, talking instead of attending to us. After asking for extra time to look over the menu, we waited endlessly again. Clearly, catching up with coworkers was more important than serving customers. It’s a shame, because I usually leave a good tip, but this time, there was none.
