Contribute FeedbackShort menu Chicken. Fried but delicious. We try to visit at least once during our annual visits. Outdoor seating with views of the Mosel. Wine is delicious.
In a small town like Merl you don't expect to find a great chicken dinner! But here it is. Fried fresh with each order the chicken is great.
I've eaten here no less than 15 times over the past 25 years. Every time I go to Germany I do whatever I can to visit Edith after tasting wine up the road at Rolf (now Dirk) Scheid Weingut. Both are easily worth driving out of your way for. In fact, I plan to go next week!
