I agree with green guardian: finding a vegan burger in a town like Zelenogradsk is a surprise, thanks to Burger Bar for the option. The burger is tasty and big enough; probably has BBQ and mustard sauces in it. They don't offer plant milk for coffee (but in PORT O COFFEE they do, and it's next door). No sitting inside either.
