Unfortunately, both of my orders were mishandled, and the staff failed to address the issue properly. The first order, placed for the New Year's holidays in 2022, was missing five wings from the basket, which was a major disappointment. When I reached out to inquire about the second order placed on August 18, 2022, I was informed that it had already been fulfilled, although the details of who handled it were unclear. After a bit of confusion, the order was eventually redone, and upon inspection, I discovered that it included 19 wings (not the ordered 18) and three extra cheese sauces that were not requested. Despite paying 600 rubles for the meal, the lack of attention to detail and inconsistency in service left me dissatisfied. In summary, it seems that the restaurant's standards are questionable and the customer experience needs improvement.
