I was consistently disappointed and frustrated during my visits to this Subway location. There was only one employee working, and while he allowed me to customize my sandwich as much as I wanted, he seemed to struggle with remembering my requests. I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee refused to melt the cheese on my steak and cheese sub before placing it on the bread, stating that they wouldn’t put any meat in the microwave. I always order this way, and in hundreds of visits to other Subways, I've never encountered this problem. I tried the Subway in Adams afterward, and they had no issues accommodating my request. The staff there were baffled by the poor customer service I experienced at this location. Overall, I would rate the service as a 1.
