Biggby Coffee - Zeeland

This is the first time I went inside to order a coffee and it was a full half hour between standing in line and waiting for our drinks. I was shocked at the total disregard for the customers inside, the baristas were clearly focused on getting orders to the drive through. All three people behind the counter were in drive thru mode and not serving anyone at the counter. It was a hot mess with orders messed up. I had one barista ask me if my drink was hot or iced. I told him iced and waited another 15 minutes for him to come back and ask me what I was still waiting for. Like the rest of my order, thanks. He mistakenly gave it to someone in the drive through. I won’t be back just because of the insane wait time and clueless baristas.

Music too loud, can barely hear yourself think. I walked right out. No other customers were in the shop either. Loud music is usually only this Biggby, others are reasonable volume and can have a relaxing atmosphere. Here I feel I'm at a rock concert.

We always love the delicious coffee and bagels, and we had such friendly service too. They do such a great job!Parking: Good, plentiful for such a small place.

One star is too high for this place. Overall food is decent, coffee is decent, employees seem okay. If you have any where to be though avoid this place like the plague. I have never seen a place sooooooo slow. I could've have a three course meal by the time I got my coffee.When I pulled in I thought oh only one person not bad. (Never go if there is more than two cars waiting to order! Five minutes just to place the order, that should've been my first warning but I pulled up. Then I waited 20 minutes while getting boxed in for the lady in front of my to get two drinks and two sandwiches. When I get to the window I'm thinking two cold brew coffees should be easy enough. Of course not.... We pay and it takes an additional 10 minutes for us to actually get out coffee. 35 minutes?!This has been an ongoing issue since this place opened. I'm just curious how long before it goes belly up? How long before people get tired of waiting an absurd amount of time for coffee and warmed up sandwiches?
