Even the cobwebs near the boiler were unappealing. This experience certainly did not justify the high price we paid, and the room did not look as nice as the pictures on the website. Additionally, when we ordered room service, we asked for steak but received no utensils. We also ordered a burger, which was heavy and rolled around. Overall, it was not worth it.

I don't think I'm coming back here.
