La Higuera - Zarzalejo

Nice little restaurant fucked in the shade of a big fig tree. A quiet, rustic location for some of the best food I have eaten. Friendly staff recommended a menu that shared our party and we finished with a delicious apple cake. We will definitely come back at the next visit to Madrid.

For a nice dinner at the house of Grandma The restaurant is very cozy, a stone house with fireplace and wood decoration. Regarding food, it is quite modern, salmon marinated with soya, chicken salads with curry, we had a good dinner, paired with a Rioja Monólogo. Yeah, I'd repeat it. Parking: There is no parking space, but in a city it is easy to find a place. Accessibility: There are several steps at the entrance.
