I have always been satisfied with my occasional shopping at this store. However, my last purchase left me disappointed. I bought a syrup for my pollen allergy that was supposed to be organic and vegan, but there was no indication on the product labeling that it was organic. This lack of transparency made me question the authenticity of the product. After contacting the manufacturer, I was told that the ingredient histidine was derived from feathers, which infuriated me. I gave the store two weeks to respond to my complaint, but they never did. As a result, I will not be returning.

I discovered a variety of awesome vegan items at this establishment, from food and health products to a 1g weight backpack made from recycled materials that I purchased. I highly recommend paying a visit to this fantastic business. I had to resist the urge to buy everything in sight.
