Cafe Santiago - Zaragoza

We saw local people sitting and so we thought if they like it when it must be in order to eat in a touri' place. two stars because the Sampi lunch was good and the canneloni was filled with chop meat was also good. the pictures shown show the place better than what it really is like inside. small, not many tables inside, overcrowded seats and should be removed or papers picked up, now and then during the working time. I had only checked that how I/we were sitting waiting to serve. I should have left.

There are many restaurants that look beyond the basilica, but none of them is particularly welcoming and I was a little pulled out to choose one. Finally, the waiter in santiago was the most friendly and so I decided for that. I guess it was a real choice tapas ok, service well, beer as normal. they should really try to offer something special in such a beautiful location

Used this cafe for breakfast and mid morning coffee. Excellent selection of snacks available and reasonably priced.

A normal coffee shop the advantage is that it has a large terrace facing the pillar with a very nice view!

We enjoy some rich crab tapas with good beer to eat.
