What User doesn't like about Vaca Argentina:
Argentinean restaurant, pricey, croweded and decent atmoshphere. I had a ribeye steak/bife de chorizo....which only has the name as bife de chorizo. The steak was alright but not worth it. I would go back but would try something else. It is an Argentinean restaurant but the beef is not. View all feedback.
We were in the grand hyatt and went to this restaurant. we have traveled and eaten in many of the best steak houses and this steakhouse is at the top of the best steaks we have eaten! we had the rib eye and the filet in...green Chile sauce, the roasted sweet and the salad.
Be a good place to taste good meat, not the best meat in guadalajara, but its really good, I recomended the vacio or the rib eye beautiful queensadillas as well as
This is one of my favorite places. The serving size/price ratio is fair, and the service is great. But the best is the taste. If you are in Andares, you must consider this place.
Located in the heart of the bustling Plaza Andares, this Argentinian restaurant offers premium cuts of Angus beef, prepared to order and served with a wide side dishes selection. The service was very good and friendly and we enjoyed a great dinner during our mixed...visit for food and shopping at the Andares Plaza. For our main course we ordered a succulent 2lb Angus steak (for 2) but as hard as we tried, we could not finish.
We went to have dinner last night and our experience was horrible. We had been here before on our last trip to Guadalajara and we really liked but but I’m not sure what happened. First things our waiter Alejandro was very rude and not friendly....One of our friends didn’t speak Spanish very well and he would correct him often but I’m a rude way. We started with the empanadas and those were great. Then came out steaks, my wife ordered the ribeye and it was more than half fat. Completely uneatable, I ordered the fillet and it had 3 different temps, the edges were well done, the semi center was medium and the center was rare. Needless to say we came with high expectations from our prior visits and we were completely disappointed.
