Terrible, I called to ask if my brother who just turned legal age could enter without the ID. They told me he could as long as we provided proof he was going to receive it. We planned for a week and invited guests. Once we showed up with the documents THEY REQUESTED they denied us entry. we had to completely change our birthday plans.
