What User doesn't like about De la Torre:
I´m not too fund of mexican food. But our company´s manager in Guadalajara wanted us to try this "carne en su jugo". The best was about the story behind it. Adelita and the Centauros del Norte taking the city and all that. I explained to the waiter that in no way there should be any hot ingredients. The nice ladies that run this place really know their carne en su jugo, which is a highly flavorful beef stew served with fantastic refried beans, roasted pearl onions, guacamole, cilantro, radishes, and handmade tortillas. It is served with a separate spicy red salsa so you can adjust the heat accordingly. It's a good, inexpensive place for lunch. View all feedback.
