The sushi was delicious and the service was excellent. The eel sauce was outstanding.

Loved the cucumber salad and the no rice rolls . I'm keto and a full time rver traveling across the United States for my husband job. I will post my favorite places to eat that already has keto selections. Or willing to change already chooses to make them keto. Here they wrapped both rolls for us with seaweed wrap instead of the soy wrap.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Zapata TX had sushi on the menu. I was even more surprised at how good it was! The food overall was very good, with made-to-order meals and free refills. Although a bit on the pricey side, it's the only sushi restaurant within an hour's drive, so it's worth it. The quality of the food was decent and I would give them 5 stars. Be prepared to wait a bit though, as the sushi takes a while to make. Despite the wait, it's worth it when you're in Zapata TX and don't have many other options.
