Contribute Feedback What Rick D likes about Iris:
Decided to attend the New Year's Eve buffet and we were not disappointed. For the price of $25 a head and $10 for our 7 year old grandson it was a reasonable deal. The food was good and there was a lot of selection at the buffet. The Chicken fried rice was cold but every thing else was hot or reasonably warm and fresh. This is not a licensed restaurant so no Chinese beer (which would have been nice). I really enjoyed... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Iris:
I have a membership in batteaux creek to find out now in the main time as a single golfer who works shiftwork, I knew tea times as single. So I gave Golf Nord my money, but Kant Buch tee times. I feel like my end of the deal is not stopped. I don't care if I'm with others. But this is ridiculous That my decision is easy not to renew my membership for next year, I will take my money on other courses. View all feedback.

Odd. Golf North manages the clubs...but they try to work independently? Take the Buck back and forth, which is awfully unprofessional. You have some great courses that are managed by actual pros (graue silo and conestoga) and then a wild western situation in Foxwood. Your cancellation policy is a tragedy. Even if you have 2 tee off-times (which I did, both under the Gulf North umbrella)... and hold 1 of them... what I did.... they have not broken me off. Good enough (completely my fault)... but please switch to a $50 fee or something. Hit for $250 at Foxwood all places hurt. The manager was 'nice enough' to let me play again (because they didn't want to return the $250). Wouldn't even turn it into gift cards... what my request was... I wasn't interested in playing this course. Low and behold, though... they STILL CHARGED my game group for the cars (there were only 3 of us... we didn't spend $250...and the left over money was not set in the direction of our cars). The spirit is officially blown. In addition to an afternoon twilight that had nearly $150 total... we had to add another $60 for the shopping cart. Again, Spirit official BLOWN. The other $100 on my visa were lost in the wolves... as this was not added to the shopping cart is beyond all reasons. Only a shame that we are absolutely surrounded by them in the Waterloo region. Thanks to the Lord we still have Cambridge Clubs like Cambridge G and C Savannah Golf Club. Golf North: Please note... in recent years, I spent over $10,000 with your courses... so I'm not flying once at night... a meaningless review.
There is no real course management when it comes to Golf North, Greens and Pacing are terrible, regardless of the level of membership. Avoid all costs.
I am a member at golf north mystic for past 3 years. So are my friends. Pro shop Manager GREG has some serious mental issues or maybe he forgot to take his depression or blood pressure pills. He yelled and harassed people for no apparent reason.
