Basically there is one dish here, the Carne en su Jugo. We found it just OK, rather spicy, which I do like. It seems like the whole kitchen is in the hall as you enter. The women making tortillas and then the food cooking and...prep area. We make the mistake of sitting in from of a small freezer.
