Thank your for the nice vacation. A pleasant hotel with half board. There was always a very large selection of food. The buffet was varied and with changing dishes. At breakfast there was a very large selection, even at the end. The room is of a good size and very well equipped. The only thing missing is the shelf for the second suitcase. The highlight is the direct access to the thermal baths. More is not possible.... View all feedback.
More is not possible. In the bathrobe to the thermal baths and to the fun pool. We'd love to come back. The staff is very friendly and careful. The cleaning is unobtrusive and can be contacted at any time.
This hotel is always a guarantee of good service quality. A huge advantage is an electronic wristband with recorded entrances to all areas of the water area. The hotel is perfectly clean and the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed without any problems, the food is always excellent and varied in the chain of these hotels. Amazing breakfasts, other meals without absolute reservations. Rooms: Large and spacious, modern, efficient.
We had a lot of fun. We've been coming here for a long weekend for years. I just don't know how to select the guests. Because unfortunately there are more and more cymbals. And there is a problem with meals.
We spent 2 nights in the hotel with All Inclusive. All in all, we have positive and negative experiences. The room is modern with tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony. In the bathroom, the shower could use at least a strong descaler. You can close the doors nicely, but some guests don't know how to do this and slam them, which is quite loud. The room door itself does not insulate well enough. The word spreads. Even though the TV is smart, it was dumbed down. Nowadays, you can expect a smart TV, although Wi Fi probably wouldn't work. Turning to wifi. I was on mobile the whole time because it didn't want to start, even though it was going pretty slow. Sometimes it didn't work all day. The afternoon sunlight entered the room, which is why we wanted to turn on the air conditioning. However, the system is very bad. We were on the 3rd floor, towards the end of the corridor. The cold air didn't get there at all, only the fan went on, circulating the warm air, the room didn't cool down at all. We had a minor atrocity with one of the receptionists when we wanted to rent a scooter. There was a line, as there was only 1 receptionist, then the 2nd came, they lined up, and then the 3rd came. Whom no one stood up to. Well, time is money, and if no one goes there, then what? After saying that they can only write to the room bill, he stated that there was a line, and it was quite unpleasant that we were standing there. Well, in the end we didn't rent from him. As long as he said that, he could have charged him. It's sad that a guest who pays a lot of money is treated like this. I would add that most of the staff were very cute and kind. Access to the bathroom is well arranged, in a heated corridor. The bath itself could use a renovation, but the hotel has nothing to do with that. The all inclusive service was not bad, breakfast is always the same, not varied, ten o'clock is quite slim, what is left of breakfast is made up. There is less choice for lunch, but there are also fewer people having lunch and you can always find something. A snack is not bad, there is something to crunch. And dinner with sometimes over thought out dishes, but anyway many kinds and variety. You didn't go hungry. All inclusive guests receive such wristbands, which they also wear at the concerts. But if you ask it, it gets mixed up pretty quickly, they could solve this in another way, so that they know who is all inclusive and who is not. Not many people wear it anyway, so it doesn't make much sense. We were given a robe and a towel in which we could walk to the bath. All in all, it wasn't bad, but you expect a little more from a 4* hotel.
Good hotel, but I have enough giga size. This will bring you to you that there are many people, there are golf courses and dogs. Accommodation for other people The kitchen is not exceptional. There is a lot of dishes, but not always delicious. Room rates are slightly peppered.
