Bad service and the quality of coffee isn't that good I don't think it is Illy coffee.

Baleno is almost the 1st professional coffee shop that has been established in sharkia and then expanded it's business to other locations and goveroerates. The best thing there is the attitude of thr staff as well as the quality of their products, they also maintain a standard friendly atmosphere in all their branches so that you always feel at home. Their prices are always less than other coffee shops in the same category.

I don’t know from where I can start to write about this unique brand Baleno is really one of the best place in Egypt that you can enjoy your special cup of coffee not only that they have a very special hazelnut coffee that you can’t drink a taste like it all over the world, also the price of drinks at Baleno is very cheap comparing with any coffee brand like it in Egypt also they have a very special deserts that is made by them and always fresh and delicious when you go to choose the desert from the fridge you always don’t know what to choose because all of them are awesome also the staff are very helpful and always happy to serve you Thanks Baleno that you always make me happy
