The people seated before and the people seated after us was waited on. 15 Minutes went by and nothing. 20 minutes, nothing. Checked the little machine at the table to try and order, no luck. Was atTable 87 and Dedham was suppose to be our waitress, but we never met her. So we got up to leave. The hostess, who seen ussitting there the whole time, never helped or spoke to us. When we got up to leave, she seen us and never said a word. The placewas not full. Not even close. Ended up going somewhere else, where we got got served within minutes.

3rd time in 2 months that they?ve screwed up our food and drink order. We ordered bacon burgers today and they came with no bacon. Last time we ordered the same thing with no cheese and they came with cheese. Hubby ordered unsweetened tea and twicethey brought him sweet tea. I spoke to the manager who said she would ? make it worth our while ? to eat there and she didnothing at all. Done with thrm !

Walked back to the kitchen where 2/7 employees were literally line dancing. I pointedout how long I'd been waiting and counted out how many people were just standing there doing nothing. Went back to booth. Samemgr that was taking care of the to-go order comes out the kitchen hollering mad about my having sat myself. Still no hostess orsign of life until I went back there, but I'm the bad guy. Mgr's name was Chery, I think? Can't read my own writing. SW eggrolls is one of my favorite things on earth, but I wouldn't go back to that place if you paid ME!

We stood at the entrance for 5 minutes until someone came you would've thought the place was busy. The server didn't give her name the place didn't have but 6 people including my wife and I. It wasn't clean the floors was sticky as I madeit to the restroom. I must say the food was hot and came out fresh. The server only offered a refill after we asked to pay andhonestly I think it was offered only because I had a card to pay for the meal and I wanted to pay her tip in cash. I gave her a20 she came back stating she only could get 2 10s and when asked to change one of the 10s she came back to say you did wantchange for 1 of the 10s if I heard correct. She better take this 5Lol as if I was gonna give her a 10 I didn't even got askedhow was the food. Her and the coworkers was busy chatting.

The first batch I received was really to... read more TL,DR; Wait staff were fantastic, fried chicken was inedible. Ordered the chicken crispers like I always do at chili?s. The first batch I received was really tough and rubbery, as if it were under done. Normally with other types of food I wouldn?t bepicky about that, but chicken is not something I will eat under cooked. I asked for another batch to be cooked, no problem. Ireceived the second batch and half of the chicken was fine and tasted great, but the other half was so tough and rubbery Iliterally could not cut it with a knife. The chicken had the right color and texture, it was just that it was so tough there wasno way I could eat it. Either way, at that point my party was finished eating (only issues we had were with the chicken) and wedecided to just ask for the chicken meal to be comped. Management and wait staff were very understanding, and even asked if Iwanted something else done up quick. Seeing as we were ready to leave, I declined. Feel bad for the staff here because it wasmost likely just bad product (and no fault of the cooks and certainly no fault of the wait staff) and they have to deal with theunhappy customers that result from that. According to my party, the burgers were great and the appetizers were also on par. Justdon?t order the chicken?
