That was one of the best restaurants in the city. Super sweet environment. I remembered Europe. The food was excellent. We ate twice. We tried their salad, 4 cheese pizza and seafood pasta and all were super good. Would recommend filled mushrooms and roasted cheese appetizer. Can't remember the name, but it's to die. Would definitely recommend tasting this place. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Traviata Centro:
The place is ok and the service is fast and kindly, but the food is completely awful. According to the price of the pizza I was expecting something amazing, but it hadn't have nothing special, you can get better and cheaper pizza in another places. View all feedback.

This is a great place to unwind amidst the old city of Zacatecas. Quaint and charming Italian fare with whot table cloths and marinara wafting in the air. Im here for a family wedding and reunion; upon my arrival back from the outskirts of Tepetongo we stumbled upon this little gem of a place. I ordered the filet and my fiancé ordered the lasagna. It was fresh and phenomenal for old mexico. The beef was grass fed and the pasta was fresh. Full bar and for dessert espresso with a kick and creme brulee with a fresh sliced strawberry and perfectly blazed crust. Rich and creamy, I welcome the gastronomy.
I only had two items and both were excellent. On the waiters recommendation I started with the cheese stuffed mushrooms wrapped in bacon. Did i mention that these little jewels were wrapped in bacon? Delicious! I finished my meal with their Caesars salad which I hate to say was actually better than the original Caesars salad at Caesars restaurant in Tijuana. where ceassrs salad was first created, according to legend). The service was really good the wine selection was great. The restaurant sits on a romantic pedestrian alley. If you're getting tired of Mexican food, give LA traviatta a try. I was very pleasantly surprised.
A wonderful little Italian restaurant was an excellent menu and terrific wine. I would recommend it anytime! My only concern is that we went on a Wednesday night and they were closed! Be sure to check to make sure they are open.
