Very bad service. After the order had been placed, the waitress came to tell us that the order had not gone through to the kitchen properly. Can happen of cours... read more Very bad service. After the order had been placed, the waitress came to tell us that the order had not gone through to the kitchen properly. Can happen of course. After “our” food was served, the waitress asked if I had also ordered something. Mistake #2. Another half hour later we were told that my order had again not reached the kitchen properly. This is mistake number 3. Very sloppy. We spent a total of 1.5 hours there. So we will never come here again.

We sat down around 14.00 and ordered just a few plates at 14.15 (with half of the stuff we wanted from the menu not being available), only for the food to arrive 40 minutes later mind, it was literally just us and another table, the place was empty. Worst thing, after such a long wait, the dumplings were basically still frozen inside and had to be sent back. The vegan Bao was okaish, but nothing amazing. The staff apologized and explained they were left alone with no kitchen staff behind, so had to do it themselves appreciate the effort, but I’d have rather closed the kitchen at that point and sent us somewhere else. A person from the staff was also seen multiple times using the phone while in the kitchen preparing the food and putting it on the kitchen counter, not the most hygienic thing. Unfortunately, cannot recommend.
