Update: came back a few weeks later, and the management really seemed to take my feedback to heart because this time it seemed better ventilated and not so full, also with a lot of people. Good job! Been here before in the past 10 years ago around New Years. Had a blast. Went their again, recently. Had the local joy juice, it was alright but but a little pricey at 1100 yen. Ordered a glass of wine for a friend l. Bartender said it was 700 yen. I gave her 1000 yen. She never gave me back the change. I mean if you really want the tip that badly keep the 300. Great place to grab a good beer and a snack. Reasonable prices and friendly service. 7-8 beers on tap.
