Las Palapas Taco Grill (foothills)

We heard it was great mexican food, my taco tasted like straight hamburger and my husbands chimmy was like soup. The guacamole was a puree, not creamy. They pack people in so tight we might as well eat with the table next to us. It was a cute place.

There have been several visits that disappoint .... there was a stop where they could only accept cash then said we could spend $3.50 to get cash from the ATM but if they had offered a small discount we could have paid for the meal, we were about $2 dollars short.... Then we thought we would give them another chance, called in the order and when we picked up the order it was all wrong ...they seemed preoccupied with each other... arguing about the register and not caring to give us the stuff we ordered.....food was not good, cold.... wrong salsa....even though I asked several times to get GREEN salsa the cashier still only gave us red salsa ??

Spartan decor, but excellent service, great food, and even better margaritas. I'll be back.
