I used to come here regularly. Today I ordered chicken for my family, about $70 worth. What I got was greasy, slimy, and disgusting. You could not even pick it up without the skin falling off. And, when I ordered, I told them that the last few orders had not included my favorite part at all. Sure enough, the mess I got again had none of my favorite pieces. When I called, I was told “all they could do” is replace the chicken if I brought it back to them. So, back I went. They took the chicken back and left me in the drive thru line. They asked me to move to wait for fresh chicken, which I am usually happy to do. I only asked that someone say they might be sorry for my inconvenience. They refused. They said they checked and the chicken was fine. I confirmed they were proud of the product they put out. They said they were. So, easy. Not coming here again. They are rude, serve **** and are proud of it.
You guys, this place had really poor service. The food was just average, but the customer service was definitely lacking.
Ordered an 8 PC meal and 8 jalapenos which cost $2.40. got home chicken was full of fat and not even 1 jalapeno! Tried calling and of course they wouldn't answer the phone. So again they stole money from me because this is about the 5th time they forgot the jalapenos. So I was given a choice of eating my meal hot or going back for something I had paid for and should have been put in my bag! It's not my job to check and see if you did your job!!
