I regret not taking pictures of our meal, but we were too eager and hungry to dig in. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried a carne asada burrito, a fish taco, and a grilled chicken sope. They were generously topped with ingredients and we enjoyed the salsa bar. This spot offers affordable and tasty food. Keep in mind that it's a stationary food truck. We dined outside at picnic tables, which was comfortable with a jacket on a November evening.
I travel frequently for work and find myself in various locations. Recently, I visited a restaurant that I found to be really impressive. The food was amazing. I returned the next evening and sampled everyone's Al Pastor tacos. My suspicions were confirmed that Pancho's tacos are the best, followed by Tako Loko in second place, with the others tying for third. (I must mention that I also had adobo at a Filipino restaurant, which was really good.) Overall, I have not had an Al Pastor taco this year that compares to the ones at this restaurant. My only regret is that I won't have the opportunity to try more of their dishes before leaving today. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere with five individual spots to dine at. Parking is available.
