I didn't receive any ice or napkins, and the shakes weren't available either. The customer service was lazy and disappointing. The young cashier, however, was very apologetic and kind; she was the only one showing a positive attitude and a good work ethic. I?ve been here a couple of times but there?s this one person I believe his name is David who?s always so nice to literally everyone! He?s always in a good mood at least from what I can see !
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was no ice, no napkins, and no shakes available. The customer service was lazy and unprofessional! However, I do want to acknowledge the young cashier who was genuinely nice, apologetic, and showed a strong work ethic; she was the only person there with a positive attitude. Often, we have limited time to eat, and it seems like Carl's Jr. takes far too long to prepare even a single order. I plan to raise this issue with the management because I believe our Marines deserve better service than this.
