I had to wait for one of my entrées for a while, but the staff was absolutely wonderful and the food was as delicious as ever. This location is my favorite in the area, although it is a bit further away, especially because of how friendly the staff is. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Went through drive thru. I do not eat grains as they me tummy distress. So I chose the veggies. These were not to the tooth or tender crisp. They perhaps blanched because the color was a bit brighter. I could only eat the nappa cabbage or maybe it was bok choy. The was nicely cooked. I could not even bite the asparagus stem or the green beans. The xhicken roll was soggy. No for me! Next time I will go to the Chinese... View all feedback.
Gr teriyaki chicken was more like steamed fatty chicken. Nothing like the menu shows. Chow mein was cold. Didn't get soy sauce in our to go bag. Overall the food just was not good!Food: 2/5
Went through the drive through, it was busy, but they got the order together in a timely manner. The only complaint I have when I got the family meal for the beef and broccoli. It was really Broccoli with 5 strips of beef.Food: 4/5
So. I love PE, been to this location a handful of times, tried a variety of dishes. I’ve also been to the River City location and out of state locations. This one the staff just seems so hit and miss on if they’re just going to stare at you until YOU initiate the conversation/order, if they’re going to talk at all, or if they’re going to be friendly. This particular visit, the one we were to give our order to didn’t say hi or ask what she could get us, etc. just stared at us or looked around the room. We initiated the conversation, ordered and made our way down. Second person at least asked if there was anything else. Person who did the actual cashing out was helpful, letting us know there were also fountain drinks if we preferred when she saw us grabbing bottled drinks. Our food was alright. My orange chicken, although seemingly fresh as they had literally just replaced the bowl, was rather crunchy and kind of dry. I remember having the same issue with other dishes at this location being crunchy/dry and even sticking to my teeth which was a first time experience for me at any PE.The inside dining is nice though. Pretty clean. Learned some fun facts via the two big TVs on one end scrolling the same info at the same time (seemed odd they’re literally showing the same info at the same time and literally right next to each other on the wall). Not a whole lot else to look at or take in otherwise.Kid friendliness: Just fyi for anyone new to Panda Express or has kids but hasn’t thought about a “kids menu” they don’t have a kids menu really and there aren’t any options for picky kids unless you kid is okay eating plain steamed rice or fried rice (which itself isn’t very flavorful). All the entree options seem to be sauced in some way. Our 9 year old won’t eat anything but rice from here. She won’t touch the spring rolls either.
Delicious food, LOTS of food for a good price, very clean dining room and nice bathrooms. Service was very friendly.Food: 5/5
Sizzling shrimp was cooked flavorfully and the meal was very well balanced. Terrific food with health in mind, very very recommended!Food: 5/5
