One customer ahead of me had to twice get them to correct his order, another didn't get everything on their first... read more Without a doubt, the worst (slowest) service. One customer ahead of me had to twice get them to correct his order, another didn't get everything on their first attempt. Then the employees bickered amongst themselves about the messed up orders. It took 22 minutes to get eight Krystal's with cheese. No fries, no drinks...just sandwiches. Never again!

Every time we go to Florid... read more Krystal is a restaurant that I used to go to many times as a child. Now that we live in South Carolina we don't get to go very often. Every time we go to Florida we try to stop through. This experience was just okay. The order was correct most of the food was pretty hot but some of our sack full of Krystals were not as fresh as others. I think they were already made while we were waiting on the rest of the order. Although the food was fine in general. The biggest complaint at this particular restaurant is the wait time. It seems like they are short staffed and it always takes quite a while to get your order. At least the staff at the drive-thru window are friendly and pleasant. They really need some additional staff in order to serve customers more timely.
