Buffe breaky We have bee... read more I Come in Uluru for a pleasure trip with my partner. The last morning before leaving we stopped to have breakfast in Ilkari restaurant. Buffe breaky We have been welcomed very good from the staff. The place is very tidy , clean and super well look after. The food is exceptional, the continental breakfast is full of different options from the savory to the sweet one. The quality was amazing and very flavorful. We were guests of the campground and they give us a discount , we payed 30$ instead of 45$ Very good deal and honestly 30$ Totally worthy. If I had time , I would have tried the dinner as well. I will recommend to go.

Sails is a great spot to see Uluru and all that is central Australia.

Food option (entrance to exit): dumpling, fried rice, tomatoes, mushroom, baked beans, bacon, pastry, bread, cheese selection, cold meat, fruits, small smoothie... read more Food option (entrance to exit): dumpling, fried rice, tomatoes, mushroom, baked beans, bacon, pastry, bread, cheese selection, cold meat, fruits, small smoothie, chia seed pudding, cereals, juice, milk, water, egg station in the middle Cleaness: Restaurant set up was amazingly clean and well organized Coffee: Included brewing coffee and tea is served by wait staff on the table. Barista coffee is around $5.50 Customer service: Not feeling welcomed. The lady at host didn’t welcome when we enter the restarant and gave the table near the entrance even when there are lots of tables available inside. Staff in the buffet area was just standing and not helping. Only one wait staff clearing tables was friendly. Buffet food option is really nice and reommended but don’t expect good customer service.

But... read more Pretty good as a breakfast buffet. Pretty good as a dinner buffet. There’s a good choice of foods at both although not much that particularly inspires, IMO. But you can’t fault the range and variety and we broadly enjoyed our meals here. The highlight for me are the staff who were efficient and faultless to a tee, and always good humoured.
