Long John Silver's A&w - Yukon

A&W still doing great with root beer and cheese curds, I visit on occasion for fish and chicken chicken planks with coleslaw.

We ate there today. I put our order in at 1:50pm and we got our food at 2:31pm. We had to wait 40 minutes to get 2 cheese burgers and 2 fish meals. When they gave me the food it was all cold. I was told that they would remake the food and give me a refund which I did not ask for. After they remade the food she brought 4 10% off coupons instead of the refund. I let her know that I was told I was getting a refund. They finally gave me the refund. I got the food to the table only for the burgers to be wrong, so I had to go back and have them made again. I will not be back.

Love long John silvers and it’s hard to find one of these days.Employees were super nice and The place was very clean.

First entered the store, looked ok. Ordered my food and waited near the drink station which I noticed was filthy along with the sauce dispensers. Waited 25 minutes., then asked for a refund. Horrible service. Love LJS when it's good, but I never got any good to rate. Disappointed.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to get a single meal. We didn’t move for over ten minutes.
