Kfc - Yukon

The bucket of chicken I received was cold and seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while. The texture was almost rubbery.

The manager was incredibly friendly and allowed us to dine in, even though we had nowhere else to go. It was my grandson's birthday, and he made our celebration special. We had the entire dining room to ourselves (just five of us)! My grandson even received a mini chocolate cake from him! We are truly grateful for this experience.

The taste is definitely not the same; the bread was barely brought out and it was not the KFC I remembered. What happened to the chicken? I used to love this place.

Kfc on garth brooks in yukon, ok. after ten plus hours work as most of us do and do not want to cook, I moved in to get dinner for my family, just to get the most terrible service ever. I've been in customer service for years and never treat my guests as I was treated as if it was a manager or hired. in the drive thru and order (depending money with this establishment) and tells if only one question put ma 'am I am busy and not have time for this again only 1 simple question (what all came in the box) just so I knew what order for the family....smhh this really upset me and I should have been taking care of at this moment, but was tired and wanted me only to take care of my family. I will never return to this place as long as they continue to treat customers on this wise. times are hard that I understand, but the customers are the reason why we have jobs first. contempt is where it is and this place will not get mine.

Worst KFC ever they serve batter strips, there is no chicken in these. I will never go back.
