The sign says something like place for chocolate. Although hot chocolate was a feature of the menu, I think we tried it only once. It was quite good, but we frequented this coffee shop at 18 Nevsky Prospekt multiple times each day for tea breaks, plus occasional breakfast or lunch. Food was good enough to bring us back again. Service was always friendly and sweet, prompt and professional. View all feedback.

Well can't say much about food or drinks because waiters avoided us first for good 5min before giving us menu's. After 20+ min of just waiting we gave up. Place was not even full nor busy. Who ever is responsible for place really should get more staff. View all feedback.
One word: sloooow. 30 minutes for a waitress to stop by. An hour to get a cup of coffee. Items on the menu are not available. Good place to pass by.

The only good point is the location and service. My cottage cheese pancakes( sirniki were good but yet felt like it was unfrozen in microwave. I like this chain, but this place were not one of their best.
Place looks sweet. But the cakes were awful. Tasted like refrigerator and were stiff even to the knife. Coffee was mediocre. Avoid.
Suitable for vegans. but coffee was not as hos as expected
