What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The staff really needs improvement. If they don't want to be there, they shouldn't work there. I'm sure someone else would appreciate the job. The dining experience felt rushed, and it was difficult to get butter or honey with my order. They seemed more focused on moving people along rather than providing good service. I rated this place over 3 years ago as 5 stars. but in the course of time kfc has always screwed my order. in the last 15 times I went there in the last 3 years, they screwed my order 13 times. here are some examples of how they were grounded: overload for eating, missing eating, missing sauces, overcooked pommes, wrong drink, no rough and much more. I love eating, but it's not worth going here. recently they only opened at 12 o'clock, making lunch breaks a nightmare. they are much better on popeyes for reliable food and better customer service.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Not only was I overcharged over $10 more than the menu price showed (which somehow slipped by me without notice until several hours had passed), but my 12pc family meal was missing the mashed potatoes, gravy, and ALL SIX dipping sauces. Won't be going there again anytime soon...only to show them my receipt and get my money back
Run away as fast as you can. They are hardly ever open since the employees are lazy and don't want to work. They are always out of food, or they forget to put it in your order. Biscuits are hard as rocks. I guess they forget that it's customer who pay their paychecks. Also what's more important carrying around your phone in your back pocket or having it in your hands when a guest pulls walks up? Fast food was not built around the cell phone. If you can't get thru your shift without being on social media or texting your boo,Then fast food is not for you. We don't pay you to stand around and text. You are paid to work and produce hot delicious food to sell.
Ordered 2 chicken meals thru the app got to the store 3 min after the order was supposed to be ready. Waited and additional 25 min to be told the we're just cooking the chicken I had ordered. Left with no food had to call corporate to get refund FML.if I could leave no stars I would have.
Staff is lazy does not want to work, food is never fresh, biscuits are hard as a rock, you ask for honey, butter or dipping sauces they don't even listen. This store needs to close their doors for good.
