Little Caesars Pizza - Yucaipa

I can't believe they actually boxed up my pizzas knowing they were burnt. I ordered 8 pizzas, and while a few were fine, most of them were charred. It's just ridiculous that they would think it's acceptable to serve this kind of food.

The food here is fantastic! Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. There were at least 3-4 staff members, yet our meal arrived 20 minutes late, and we received the wrong order. When they went to fetch the correct one, they completely forgot about us for a few minutes.

Order online for delivery. The supplier left the pizza on the door, on the floor. No knocking. No doorbells. No indication that it was there. The pizza was cold when we finally realized. It wouldn't be a problem if that was the first. But that happens every time. How hard is it to knock? Seriously, that's a problem I'm sick of.

Terrible, we order a pizza and they said it was done, we wanted to pick it up and they got barley in the oven. It didn't happen for the first time. Save time and don't come here.

Closest location to my house. Very typically crowded, with long waits for an order. It's gotten a little better since the height of pandemic when orders were being cancelled due to staffing shortages, or being delayed by an hour plus. Still, not my favorite place to go. We usually get a classic cheese. Good value.
