Hickory Ranch Steakhouse - Yucaipa

Last time we were here the food was amazing. Unfortunately this time around they were extremely busy and it took us almost an hour to get our food. By the time it got to the table it was cold. My steak was great. But my sides had to go back. Our waiter Christian was great. Repeatedly went back to check on why our meals were taking so long. The staff was great. We will be back since I believe this was just one of those days.

Service socks. They don't bring you napkins or utensils. Forget about refills. The food is disgusting! I got the half rack of ribs with the cardboard box mashed potatoes. I don't understand how this place has decent reviews. Only thing I can think of is location.

We really enjoyed our dinner. Our first experience and it will not be our last. Kat was our amazing server and her recommendations were spot on! The Ribeye was delicious! I loved that the clients coming in were asking for specific servers and the people around us were kind and also loved Kat! A great neighborhood steak house....Where everybody knows your name!

Our server, Kat, provided remarkable service. This alone makes the experience worth everything that hickory ranch is all about. Superb food, great atmosphere and exceptional service.

Father's Day was a complete joke. Tried to bring our dad for a nice dinner. The waitto get our food was an hour after we ordered. No compensation from management just excuses. Saying they were busy they had a call off and they had another dining room in the back that they were servicing. None of that is my dad‘s fault. They added 20% gratuity to every check because it was a holiday. Regardless of the level of service you received. If it's a busy holiday, I would be clear of this place. Food was mediocre by the time we got it I think we were all just so disgusted.
