The ice is flavored! They have many, many flavors of ice. Then, they shave it. This was a delicious experience. I want to try different ices now. Very cute shop. Yum!

Great treats, clean and comfortable environment. Good place to get treats. I was sad that the Natomas location closed.

It's very hard to believe this is a chain when the boba is so bad. I am guessing their shaved snow must be good enough to carry their business, because the boba was truly undrinkably nasty. I got a thai tea and it tasted like meh quality tap water mixed with that instant chalky thai tea powder, but not even to the correct ratio. That or the powder's gone stale. It managed to be both flavorless and yet still bitter and metallic and sickly sweet all at once. The boba was undercooked, over-soaked, and tasteless, not even sweet or chewy. Sucks because this town really really needs at least once place to get decent boba.

We decided to stop by here and finally try their boba as its one of the few in the area. We got the Mango Boba and our friend got the Taro. We noticed right away that the actual boba balls were pretty hard as not soft and chewy as they were supposed to be. They were like that in both drinks so we aren't sure if it was a bad batch. The drinks itself was average and pretty refreshing. We weren't too impressed with their drinks and probably won't be going back for it. They are more known for their shaved ice which we didn't get to try. I would still want to give them a chance for that. Three stars solely for their nice front worker and the decor inside. It's nicely decorated and looks very well kept and clean inside.
