Jack In The Box - Yuba City

As always with this Jack in the box, the night crew is great, very efficient flow not bad, I was very surprised a Jack in The box's night crew can have the same cook/order times with a line in the drive thru at 3:00 a.m.. The guy even had it greatpersonality and smile, even though I know he's stressed is all hell with only two people operating the restaurants all night, asa former Jack in the box morning manager I give this crew a double thumbs up and they sure do deserve it. If the management ofthis place has any business since they will do anything they can to keep that crew that efficient all night I would suggestincentivizing with raises and bonus.. Major look at the Grass valley one for a poorly operated night crew, it took over an hourone night

We went thru late Saturday night. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru. I repeated my order 3 times and YOU STILL GOT IT WRONG. I wanted curly fries not cold, hard off the floor fries. The burger was really good

The Monster Tacos are yummy!!, hope they keep them. This location still trying to get the Coca Cola machine sorted out working right and staff are doing their best till fill for lobby.

Wow, SO slow and loaded tacos without cheese, REALLY! we waited literally 10 mins to get to the speaker, ordered and another 15 to get the food... Seriously understaffed and completely inconsistent food. No longer an even choice for us.

I like the people who work here, they're pretty nice and usually get my order right as long as my grandson or husband are not ordering. They deserve some kudos because I know their customers can be difficult at times.
