Food was prepared on a timely basis, young person at the drive-thru window was pleasant, the only bad part of the experience was the homeless people that were begging for money at the end of the drive thru. They look kind of scary. View all feedback.
What Samantha R doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
why can't I give 0 stars? ordered the guacamole bacon burger and paid for an extra patty. no guacamole. no extra patty. they added jalapeños without requesting. View all feedback.
The hamburgers here are consistently delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The prices and burgers are even better than those at most upscale burger joints. They always cook my burger exactly the way I request.
Why can’t I give this place zero stars? I ordered the guacamole bacon burger and paid for an extra patty, but it came without guacamole and without the extra patty. Instead, they added jalapeños, which I didn’t ask for.
Accessing the drive-thru at this restaurant can be a bit tricky. My experience was somewhat unpleasant when I attempted to place my order while an employee wheeled by a nearly overflowing trash can full of food waste, which created an undesirable smell and sight. While the prices are reasonable, don't expect your food to be served warm or hot—it was barely at room temperature. The fries were somewhat soggy, and there were consistently a few that were undercooked. My double cheeseburger was so dry that I couldn't even finish it. On a positive note, the shakes are delicious, though they are a bit pricey. The drive-thru area is well-kept, and the staff members are friendly. I’m willing to give the food another chance, but if my next visit is as disappointing as this one, I won't be coming back. I rated it four stars because, despite the hustle and bustle, the service was relatively prompt. I'll keep you posted next week on whether there's any improvement. Thanks for reading!
I'm quite disappointed with this restaurant for not serving powdered sugar with their French toast dips. I find myself having to ask for it every morning, and it's really frustrating. I think I've had enough of this location.
The food was served quickly, and the young staff member at the drive-thru was very friendly. The only downside to my experience was the presence of homeless individuals asking for money at the end of the drive-thru, which was a bit unsettling.
