Stopped in here while charging our car, aside from the grocery store only place with a vegetarian option, and several at that. Service was wonderful, place is clean, solid stream of customers, and has a vibe I can't argue with solid early 2000s playlist. Pita Tostada was good and great for 2 people to share something light. I don't need a heavy meal and this was well proportioned. Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk c... View all feedback.
What bill araya doesn't like about Linda's Soup Café:
We ordered 2 chicken wraps. Was supposed to have avocado and chicken. Little of both in the wraps. If I wanted a veggie wrap I would have ordered one. Advise. More chicken and avocado on the wraps. Add an option of potato or green salad instead of tortilla chips as a side. 30 dollars was a bit much for what we received. Hope that helps. View all feedback.
I recently stopped by Linda's for a meal while charging my car, enticed by the extensive menu and promising first impressions. However, my excitement quickly waned as I delved into my order, only to be met with a cascade of disappointments. The side salad that accompanied my meal left much to be desired lacking in freshness and flavor, it felt like an afterthought rather than a complementary dish. The main course didn't fare much better; the lunch meat served was clearly of inferior quality, devoid of taste and texture that one would expect. To add insult to injury, the bread was disappointingly stale, further diminishing the overall dining experience. In hindsight, I couldn't help but think that I would have been better off opting for a simple sandwich from the nearby grocery store, which likely would have surpassed the lackluster offering at Linda's. Overall, my visit to Linda's was a letdown, failing to live up to the initial promise and leaving me with a sense of regret. With subpar food quality and lackluster preparation, I'm afraid I won't be returning anytime soon.
Food is absolutely delicious, the place is fairly small.
Nice place inside neutral and pleasant. Order soup bowl potato and cowboy sandwich both were very delicious.
This place is wonderful. They are knowledgeable about what is in or not in their food. It fresh food. And they follow requests easily. I have a taco salad. I modified it so this isn't what they all look like but the onions and tomatoes are fresh and you can tell in the taste. Good value for the price. They have a lot of drink options too. Chicken noodle soup is dairy free. My husband love it. Gluten free, vegetarian options and more than one option. You won't be sad coming here.
Do not get the clam chowder. Not only is there no clams, there is no potatoes, onion, or anything but this jelly like white substance. I spent almost $11 for 3 small pieces of garlic bread, which had no garlic. I left without eating the soup, and I was really hungry.
