I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I placed my order at 3:30 for it to be ready by 4:45, but it’s now 5:30 and I’ve only just received my order. Our event started at 5, and they didn’t make any effort to rush my order or offer any compensation. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant if you care about timelines. Also, please don’t ask me to spend more of my time contacting you to resolve this issue. The appropriate time to fix the situation would have been when I arrived to pick up my order at 4:45, only to find that it wasn’t ready for another 45 minutes! My organization will no longer be ordering from this business, and neither should you.

I placed an online order and received an email confirmation stating it would be ready in 45 minutes. However, after an hour, my order still hadn't arrived. I reached out to ask for an estimated time of arrival, but the response was uncertain. Overall, the service level was disappointing.

Unfortunately, they didn't deliver on that day, probably due to a shortage of staff, but it turned out to be a good thing.

I found a job there for a little more money. I've never seen a owner of a business contract that employees so badly. try to earn more money by paying the employees around the half (what is less than minimum wage) and then say that they have to work over 40 hours (with no pay) is not how they treat the people who try to help their business grow again after the last owner ran it into the floor. neither increases the prices and becomes cheaper on the product for which people spend their hard earned money. I will never order anything from this reload.

I order a pizza and burger from here after an hour and a half never received it. Kept calling and they kept saying the driver just left. Finally cancelled the order. Girl said she was voiding the ticket. After 5 business days never received a refund. Called my bank to dispute the charge credited my account but then the disputed that. Called their corporate office and the manager told me he was sending me a gift certificate which I did receive but it was only for $10.00. I will never order from them again and would recommend you don't either!
