Dairy Queen - Youngwood

I drove by and spotted this classic Dairy Queen, so I decided to stop in for some ice cream. We opted for the simple cones, which are usually hard to mess up, but they were excellent!

I don't visit often, but every autumn I find myself thinking about it a few times for the pumpkin blizzard—it's my favorite! I love how they whip it up to show just how thick it is.

This Dairy Queen has been a staple in the Youngwood community since my childhood. I've heard it’s managed by the same woman, who does tend to take quite a bit of time (around 20 minutes) to serve.
