First time here! The Empress New Groove (drink in the photo). If you're a lemonade lover this is a good drink to try, thank me later! The food was really good, got the salmon and the Brussels sprouts thag come with amazing, and unique. Friends got theshrimp and grits and the chicken 34, all amazing. Cool little spot for DT Yo. I had to wait a long time before anyone came to take my order, and the food took quite a while to arrive as well. The iced tea tasted more like watered-down tea; it was the weakest tea I've ever had. The hamburger tasted like an old frozen patty. I also had to wait a long time for the bill. Overall, it was not a great experience. View all feedback.
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The staff is so friendly and the food is always excellent. My wife got the beef tips and grits and I got a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Both were excellent. This is a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Service was excellent, Kylie did a great job explaining the menu and she made some great recommendations. I got the peanut butter burger and it was fantastic. We also got the chicken bites for an appetizer, they were good but will try something elsenext time.
I really like this place. I've been there a few times and the food is excellent. The kitchen staff know what's up and they haven't let me down yet. The bar tenders got you covered too. You can't go wrong with an Empress New Groove. That's mypick! The place is nice too! It's cool because it's right down on Federal St with indoor and outdoor seating. There's reallynot a bad seat in the house. I definitely recommend this place. I keep going back and I'm gonna keep going back.
Marco was charming and very pleasant. Informative and loved his energy. Had the shrimp linguine and it was awesome. I Don?t do spicy but I tried it and it was delicious.
