After being seated in the bar area at 7:20 pm, we were visited by a server 10 minutes later. The bar tender came up while we were waiting 5 minutes for our drin... read more After being seated in the bar area at 7:20 pm, we were visited by a server 10 minutes later. The bar tender came up while we were waiting 5 minutes for our drinks because she didn't see anyone helping us. We sat there for another 15 minutes until themanager came over and took our order. He apologized and offered to give us 10% off our meal. We waited another 30 minutes forthe food to come out. Our entire meal was cold including our steak that was over cooked, and didn't come out as ordered. At thispoint I was over the entire experience and walked out. I can understand having a busy night but it was not and to serve coldfood on top of that, there is no excuse. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here. I will never return orrecommend.
