Our server did an admirable job considering how understaffed the place is; I saw her juggling the responsibilities of three people, and I don't fault her for the challenges that created. However, it’s disheartening to see staff struggling to manage everything. I've cut back on how often I visit because there simply aren't enough employees to make the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, but it did take quite a while to arrive.

I can't remember her na... read more Like the other Christmas day poster this was a horrible experience. There was some good. Our waitress, was just very friendly and sweet. I can't remember her name and I swear she was there last year. That's the only good I can say. We waited and waited and waited. People came in who had mobile or phone orders and they stood in the vestibule and waited and waited and waited. There was a lot of arguing and fighting in the back although it wasn't out of control and judging by the way things were going I commend those men cooking. At one point i heard a female manager yelling at workers not to fight and argue in front of customers, the very thing she was doing and told them not to do. At some point we got our meal and it was literally ice cold. I ate it because I was starving and will eat anything but my wife and kids ate some but did not finish it. We didn't bother to send back at this point. I'm guessing we were there for at least 2 hours but I believe closer to 2 1/2. Got bill which I thought they would take off appetizers but they didn't lol. I still left waitress 20% because she was running ragged and always had a smile on her face. Small, younger petite black girl. She was awesome. We have came here on Christmas 3 out of last 4 years and planned on going somewhere else this year but kids talked me into it. Not sure if I'll ever go back
