Garden Café By Kravitz - Youngstown

I don’t normally write reviews, and the food was good. But, it seems a bit too laxed here. The one worker was on her phone making a personal phone call for over 30 minutes. And was on the phone even when bringing our drinks to us. The other worker there had headphones in and sat at one of the tables sitting on his phone most of the time. What looked like the manager was really great and she was very nice and accommodating. But overall. I feel as if this place is going a bit down hill. I have come here for a very long time, since it opened. And I used to come here when it was owned by another company. I feel badly. But I worry about what’s going to happen for the future if they don’t work on their staffing and what’s appropriate for the work environment.

A gem in Youngstown. Light lunch menu beautiful environment. If you are in ytown, it’s a must go too, then walk the garden.

The food here is surprisingly delicious, although the serving size for the sides such as potato salad are incredibly miniscule.

Food good but poor service at Sunday Breakfast. Waiters, waitresses should be more accommodating. They should routinely check on tables. Ask if everything ok, OFFER more coffee. We had to get up to ask for coffee. They just placed all cups in one place on table and we had to move cups to each guest. They dumped creamer and sugars on table. Should have asked if we needed cream or sugar. Should have placed coffee in front of each guest. Noticed them just standing around talking. They need further training .

Went to the Garden Cafe on Sunday May15. No waitresses. Have to go to the counter to order Long line. Girls snotty. Didn't have half the menu. Walked out Service deplorable. Won't be back.
