I handed the tea back a... read more Never in my life have I had to send back coffee, until today.I was handed what looked like weak tea except I ordered a cold brew coffee. I handed the tea back and said I ordered cold brew, at which point the employee confirmed that is supposed to be cold brew coffee.I nicely asked then for the regular coffee, which sadly I could also completely see through. Worst coffee basically ever, you'll do better drinking the swill percolating in speedway.

Although they are willing to remake it, I consistently ask for a hot chocolate with extra mocha. I've also noticed that some staff members can be overly flirtatious with male customers; one even offered my fiancé their phone number, which I find quite unprofessional.

We stopped for coffee during an... read more This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. Every time I try to give it another chance, I just end up more disappointed! We stopped for coffee during an evening drive, but it was lukewarm. The employee quickly brewed a "fresh pot," but it tasted awful—almost like sewage! The girl at the window seemed like she was under the influence of something. I definitely won't be coming back to this Dunkin' again.
