I always experience quick service at Arby's, but the fries are consistently undercooked. Whatever happened to the crispy, crunchy, soft-centered fries I enjoyed from their menu when I was younger?
This place really disappoints! The manager is difficult to deal with, and the food is even worse than the service. I recommend saving your money and choosing another restaurant.
The last two times I visited Arby's, I experienced stomach issues afterwards. Yesterday, the restaurant was dirty and poorly managed. I noticed one employee actively working while six others seemed to be just standing around. When I was about to order, the cashier clocked out and left me waiting. The trash bins were overflowing, and the dining area was filthy. There were no napkins, small lids, or straws available. My one-star rating goes to the young woman preparing sandwiches and fries who was doing her best. Also, why remove the potato cakes and Pepsi from the menu?
The night crew here is really unreliable. You’ll end up waiting forever, and you’ll probably receive the wrong order. I asked for a large crinkle fry, but they only put a few crinkle fries on top and the rest were curly fries. It felt intentional. After waiting so long, the last thing I wanted was to return to the drive-thru to fix the mistake. This is the third time our order has been mixed up or missing items. You don’t have to be overly friendly—it’s not Chick-fil-A—but a little effort would be appreciated. I get that everyone’s tired of dealing with customers, but all I want is my food so I’m not hangry!
The food at Arby's was disappointing—poorly prepared and not warm at all. I ordered an extra cup of cheese (69 cents) for my loaded fries since there was hardly any on them, but the cup was barely filled. Other Arby's locations usually fill the cup completely. Their menu could definitely improve in quality and consistency.
