We booked a room in the cottages. For the amount of money we were paying a night I had to call and ask when the room was last cleaned. Spiders and huge spider webs behind the front door and in the bathroom. There was hair on the bed cover, floor, on the towel and in the bathroom. The blinds on the front door wouldn’t close. When trying they fell down and all of the ceiling chippings from when they redid the ceiling came falling down. The ceiling panels they had was all ripped and they used white round stickers to cover the screws. There was dirty coffee lids and water damage on the wood around the windows. The lighting going to the cottage was terrible. None the the pathway lights worked. We had to use our cell phone flashlights. They apologized and moved us to the lodge. The girl was going to ask the manager to give us a discount for all the inconveniences but that didn’t happen. The new room was better but still needs to be updated. The game room had mold on the ceiling tiles. After all this we had to cancel the 2nd night. The views were amazing but over all this place needs updating and better cleaning. Rooms: Needs major updates and better housekeeping to match the pricing.

Stayed one night for a wedding. The lodge was very nice and the venue for the wedding was great. However, the actual room we stayed in was in dire need of an update. Also, the room had not been vacuumed prior to our stay. I can only hope the sheets were clean. I let them know at checkout... they said sorry to hear . Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5
