I ate delicious soba noodles at Izushi Soba. The tray was left on the table, maybe as a COVID-19 precaution. I could eat as much as I wanted, it was so good!
The soba noodles were delicious. I dipped them in the broth, along with the grated yam and egg. It was the most delicious when I dipped everything together.
This restaurant in Yosano serves Izushi soba. Located in the Nodagawa area, it is quite a distance from Yosano Station and Yosano Amanohashidate Interchange, so it is better to come by car. While parking diagonally may be a hassle, there are plenty of spaces available. The interior has both traditional tatami seating and a counter, and is quite spacious. The menu consists solely of Izushi soba, with no options for warm soba. Izushi soba is priced at 950 yen for 5 plates with condiments, and additional 5 plates cost 750 yen. For men, the basic option is 10 plates for 1700 yen. Soba broth is also served. The Izushi soba here is just as delicious as what you would find in Izushi itself. While Toyooka may seem close, it actually takes over an hour by local roads to get there, so if you crave Izushi soba in Tango, this is the place to come. Soba restaurants are not common in Tango, making this place a valuable find. If you want to come to Tango by car and enjoy soba, I recommend coming here.
